About Us

Scouts youth council “SYC” and Zaland Media Agency “ZMA Photos” are organising its 2nd Annual Photography Competition “AKSUNA” in Balochistan. Aim of this event is to promote and highlight the real issues of Balochistan through Photography. We are the first who highlighted the issues thought photography, because we can describe the issue thought lens better than words. Every photograph tells a different story potrays a different Environment, shows Poverty and Culture, these are the issues that needs the attention in Balochistan. We want to highlight these three issues thought camera lens. The competition will show the people of the world that Balochistan is a place of serene beauty, rich culture and friendly people.

Roles and Instructions 

Thirty (30) participants will be registered from Balochistan.
Every photographer can submit his/her three pictures in jpeg format.
All picture will be publish on www.quettaindex.com for public voting. 
The selection of winners will be split between public voting and judgment of expert photographers. 
The submitted picture must be taken in 2017. 
Only submit original file of your camera (with exif Data it must check for picture taken date)
Description or caption of the picture will be must. 
Maximum age for participation is 35 years. 
Every participant will be given certificate of participation.
Winners will be awarded with shield, certificate and cash prize.
Fees for submission/participation is 500/- PKR per person non-refundable.
